Areas We Serve

The Memorial Villages, Hunters Creek Village, Piney Point Village, Hedwig Village, and Bunker Hill Village, are each their own incorporated city, which means permitting can run through a different village office depending on which one your lot sits in.

Counties: Harris County

Local Notes

Because each Memorial Village is its own municipality, pool permits are pulled through that specific village rather than one shared county office, and that permitting path is confirmed as part of design planning. Memorial-area lots also tend to carry mature tree canopy, so tree-preservation and root-protection zones are part of the site evaluation before a pool footprint is set.

Heavy spring and fall rain events are normal here, so deck grading and drainage around the pool are built to move stormwater away from both the pool structure and the house foundation, not just off the coping.

How This Works as a Service-Area Business

Memorial Pool Builders doesn't operate a storefront in each neighborhood listed above, pool builders work on-site at your property, not out of a retail location. We travel to every area listed here for site evaluations, construction, and service calls, with the same single-builder team handling the project start to finish regardless of which neighborhood it's in.

What a Site Evaluation Covers

Wherever your property falls within this area, the first visit covers the same ground: soil and drainage, existing structures or trees near the proposed footprint, utility and equipment access, and any HOA or permitting path specific to that neighborhood. That evaluation is what the Design & Planning step is built on, see Our Process.
