Designing a Pool on a Memorial Park-Adjacent Lot

What changes when a backyard backs directly onto Memorial Park.

Tree Canopy at Its Densest

Lots backing onto Memorial Park often carry some of the heaviest tree canopy in the Memorial area, which means root-zone mapping and canopy-clearance planning get extra attention during the site evaluation.

Privacy and Sightline Considerations

Park-adjacent lots also raise privacy and sightline questions, fencing and landscaping choices that work with the park view rather than fully blocking it, which is a design conversation unique to this specific subset of Memorial-area lots.
