Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Memorial Pool Builders (memorialpoolbuilders.com). By using this site or submitting the quote request form, you agree to them.

What This Site Does

This site is a lead-generation and informational resource for pool construction and renovation services. Submitting the contact form requests a follow-up and a free on-site quote, it is not a purchase, a contract, or a binding order. No payment processing happens on this site.

Pricing and Estimates

Any pricing, ranges, or package descriptions shown on this site (including on the Pricing page) are typical market estimates, not quotes or guarantees. Final pricing depends on site conditions, access, design, and scope, determined through a free on-site evaluation. No estimate shown on this site is binding.

Warranty and Insurance Statements

Where this site states $1M+ in general liability insurance coverage, that statement describes the general liability coverage amount only. This site does not make a structural, workmanship, or product warranty claim; warranty terms, where they apply, are set out in your project contract, not published here.

Site Use

Content on this site is for informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, or republish this site's content without permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee this site is error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memorial Pool Builders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this site is subject to the jurisdiction of Texas courts.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always the one posted here.
